Privacy Policy

Neon Tic-Tac-Toe is a mobile game. This policy explains what information the app handles. We keep it minimal on purpose — there are no accounts and no ads.

What we do NOT collect

• No account, login, email, or password is ever required.
• No name, location, contacts, photos, or device identifiers.
• No advertising, and no third-party analytics or tracking.
• We do not sell or share personal data — there is nothing to sell.

Information handled when you play online

Online multiplayer is optional — it only runs if you tap “Play Online.” When you use it:

• Display name: the name you type for a match is sent to your opponent so they can see who they’re playing. You choose it, and it can be anything.
• Gameplay data: your moves, the room code, and the match score are sent in real time to the other player through our real-time provider, Supabase.

This information is used only to connect you with your opponent for that match. It is not stored in any database by us — it passes through the live connection and is gone when the match ends. Supabase processes this traffic on our behalf; see their policy at supabase.com/privacy.

Information stored on your device only

Your game statistics (wins, streaks), chosen theme, and settings are saved locally on your device. They never leave your phone, and they are removed if you uninstall the app or use “Reset Stats” in Settings.

Children

The app is suitable for all ages and does not knowingly collect personal information from children. The only thing you can enter is a display name of your own choosing.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will update the date above and the version published with the app.
